Johnnie Walker and Sons Signature Blend by Jenson Button

Created as part of the ‘Step inside the Circuit’ campaign to celebrate the success of Johnnie Walker’s sponsorship of the Vodaphone McLaren Mercedes Formula 1 Team.

The Driver Jenson Button visited the Johnnie Walker House in Shanghai where he selected his favourite flavours and scents, which were to become the basis for the Signature blend created by JW Master Blender, Jim Beveridge.

Limited to only 25 bottles, which were available to purchase by invitation only.

Bottle comes packaged in its own carbon fibre case including an original Formula 1 wheel nut, decanter stopper, and presentation booklet.

Johnnie Walker Project Black Inspire Limited Edition

Johnnie Walker invites fans of the Scotch to redesign the Black Label bottle! Facebook fans from Malaysia and Singapore get the chance to showcase their artistic flair in collaboration with international designer Mark Ong. This campaign is Johnnie Walker’s first dive into a fan-based driven campaign. Johnnie Walker will be sending Malaysia’s most engaged Facebook fan and 3 friends on an all-expense paid trip to the House of Johnnie Walker in Shanghai, the first of its kind outside Scotland! Lucky fans will also receive their very own hand-crafted limited edition bottles featuring the final design and invitations to the exclusive launch party.

Mark Ong is famous for his uniquely customised sneakers and through the Project Black Inspiration Facebook application, Mark will work with fans to design each element of the bottle. The end result will be an exciting design that is the fruit of the cooperation between Facebook fans and one designer. Kenji Chai, Winnie Loo, Hannah Tan and Reshmonu are invited to co-create their own unique Johnnie Walker bottles with Mark Ong. These 4 individuals have been chosen based on their inspirational stories of personal progress and achievements.

The limited edition bottles featuring the final design will be produced and sold exclusively in Malaysia and Singapore. An unveiling party in KL will be held before the end of May to celebrate the arrival of the final Limited Edition bottle. Project Black Inspiration kicks off 18 January and will run until 8 February 2012.

The first ever crowd-sourced Limited Edition Johnnie Walker Black Label, is a collector’s item for every true Johnnie Walker fan. Only 3,000 bottles are available for sale in Singapore.


Johnnie Walker Black Label Selfridges

May 2009 marked the 100th anniversary of two of the UK’s most iconic brands, Johnnie Walker Black Label and Selfridges. To celebrate Johnnie Walker produced a limited edition bottle of its flagship Black Label, exclusively for Selfridges stores.

Only 100 bottles were produced, and sold at Selfridges stores for $100 pounds per bottle. Today these fetch upwards of $2000 pounds and rarely come up for sale.

Bottles were numbered from 00 to 100 making this edition 101 bottles actually , Bottle 00 was sold at auction for charity.
